How does Percentage of Ad Spend commission billing work?
You can link a Google Sheet or upload a monthly CSV of ad spend numbers across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc. Horloje parses channel columns, calculates the commission fee (e.g. 12%), compares it against your guaranteed retainer floor (Math.max(commission, floor)), and generates the invoice line items automatically.
What is the "Pure Labor" Effective Hourly Rate (EHR) rule?
Generic software blends media spend, software resale, and out-of-pocket expenses into gross revenue, creating artificially inflated hourly rate figures. Horloje strictly strips non-labor pass-throughs from income to calculate Pure Labor EHR = Billed Labor Income ÷ Total Labor Hours, giving agency leadership an honest picture of real operational margins.
How does the Trello Power-Up prevent duplicate or ghost timers?
Horloje enforces a unique active timer constraint in the PostgreSQL database. When a user starts or pauses a timer on a Trello card, the server updates state instantly and broadcasts the event across all open browser tabs. If a timer is left paused for more than 2 hours, the server automatically finalizes the entry.
How are multi-unit clients and separate billing entities handled?
Clients can contain multiple Units (such as regional offices, subsidiaries, or practices). While units inherit the client headquarters billing details by default, you can supply unit-specific legal company names, street addresses, and currencies with full invoice PDF rendering support.
Which accounting and payment gateways are supported?
